Hostessing seems to be in her blood. She congenially welcomes folks with a big smile, and often a hug, and describes her job as "spoiling the customers."

For a brief time Stacee utilized her University of California, Santa Barbara, degree in Zoology to study reptiles in Joshua Tree National Park, but the call to business ownership has proven more attractive.
